Job Overview

We are seeking a Line Cook for our client, with potential immigration support available for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. This position is located in Black Diamond, AB, with a permanent, full-time employment opportunity.

Job Details

• Location: 102 Centre Avenue West, Black Diamond, AB, T0L 0H0
• Salary: $15.50 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated), 32 to 44 hours per week
• Work Setting: Restaurant in a rural area, on-site work required

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
