As a Case Manager, the LPN will manage an assigned caseload, focusing on:

Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable motor vehicle are essential, as well as the ability to operate a laptop computer and mobile phone. Duties also require physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and carrying equipment throughout the shifts.
