Leasing Coordinator Position Available with Visa Sponsorship Potential

About the Role:

Join a dynamic Leasing team and provide high-level administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced environment. As the Leasing Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth communication with tenants, accurate documentation, and efficient support to leasing executives.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Handling tenant inquiries and supporting communication efforts
  • Assisting with information gathering and drafting letters for prospects and current tenants
  • Preparing Deal Summary Sheets and managing commission agreements and broker invoices
  • Keeping leasing databases, trackers, and reports updated and organized
  • Drafting various legal leasing documents such as amendments, extensions, assignments, and full leases
  • Supporting proposal preparation with data, site plans, and budget inputs
  • Occasionally conducting site visits with prospective tenants
  • Reviewing tenant histories and lease documents for accuracy
  • Organizing travel, internal/external meetings, and departmental functions
  • Liaising with internal departments including legal, finance, construction, and planning
  • Supporting front desk reception on an as-needed basis
  • Managing expense reports, correspondence, and general filing

    • Who We’re Looking For:

  • A strong multitasker with 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Someone who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and juggling priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with lease terminology and documentation processes
  • A self-starter who can work collaboratively and independently

    • Other Language Requirements:

    English
    Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
    Reasons for Language Requirement: To work with offices across Canada
    Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
