Our client is seeking a landscaping supervisor who is dedicated to overseeing landscaping projects and managing staff. Visa sponsorship may be considered for international applicants.

Job Details

• Location: 4612 River Rd W, Delta, BC, V4K 1S4
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $28.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise and schedule staff
• Plan and direct grounds maintenance
• Plan and estimate labour and materials
• Organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
• Maintain work records and logs
• Tender and administer contracts
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Establish work schedules and procedures

Supervision

• 1 to 2 people
• 3-4 people

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant role.
