Your Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervisors are responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing crews on daily tasks. You will communicate closely with our Management Team to provide progress reports, coach, train, and provide feedback to employees ensuring company expectations are consistently met. Our supervisors accomplish these goals in a safe and efficient way, working to cultivate lasting relationships with both the team and our clients.

Landscape Maintenance Supervisors:

• Maintain landscapes in various settings (strata or commercial) to a high standard.
• Perform various landscaping tasks (lawn care, pruning, bed work, pesticide application, planting, etc.)
• Learn and implement an award-winning landscape maintenance program!

Landscape Services Supervisors:

• Install high-quality soft (Plant, soil, sod, stone installation, renovation pruning, occasional maintenance type work, etc.) and hard landscapes (Pavers, retaining walls, wood work, irrigation, etc.)
• Maintain logistics of materials and equipment for each job
• Operate equipment (paver saw, sod cutter, skill saw, plate compactor etc.)

Your Qualifications:

• Practical experience and knowledge in maintaining/installing landscapes and leading crews
• 2-3 years of experience
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality and timely results
• Strong communication skills
• Relationship building skills
• Industry accreditation (preferred)
• BC IPM Pesticide Applicators Certificate (preferred or we will support you through)
• Level 1 First Aid (preferred or we will support you through)
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Conflict resolution skills are an asset
• Willing to obtain the educational requirements of this role within your first 3 months.

Working Conditions:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4:45 PM @ various property locations around the Lower Mainland. Commutes are to be expected.
