Our client is looking for an Insurance Broker. This is a permanent full-time position based in Mississauga, ON, with competitive compensation starting at $50,000 annually and offering 30 to 35 hours of work per week. Visa sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Calculate premiums
• Establish client insurance coverage
• Establish method of payment
• Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed
• Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries
• Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
• Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Languages: English

Credentials:

• Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
