Overview

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience: 5 years or more.

Languages: English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports
• Recommend measures to improve productivity
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
• Supervise workers and projects
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recommend personnel actions
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise construction sites

Supervision Responsibilities

• Oversee 16-20 workers, including labourers

Credentials

• WHMIS Certificate
• Forklift Operator Certification

Experience and specialization

• Forklift and laser leveling/aligning experience
• Installation of overhead automatic doors and door panels

Additional Information

• Willingness to travel is required
• Work conditions may include pressure and tight deadlines
• Preparation of personal tools such as steel-toed boots, hard hat, and safety glasses
• Strong client focus and excellent communication skills required
