Responsibilities

• Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging.
• Remove feathers, singe, and wash poultry for further processing or packaging.
• Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.
• Remove bones from meat.

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Languages: English
• Experience: Will train
• Work Conditions: Physically demanding, manual dexterity required
• On-Site Work: Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.
