Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Our client is looking for a Human Resources Specialist in their HR Advising Support department.

Compensation Range: $6,747.50 – $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist provides advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters to management and staff. This position manages job classification, full cycle recruitment activities, and compensation matters. The role includes interpreting collective agreements and employment legislation, and providing support on various HR and change management initiatives.

Organizational Status:
Reports to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources and collaborates with other teams within the organization.
