Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet the organization’s goals. Immigration support may be available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance of HR projects with laws and regulations.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
• Manage training and development strategies.
• Advise senior management on HR matters.
• Recruit and hire staff, providing coaching and support.
• Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 5 years or more in HR
• Skills: Proficiency in human resources software, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word.
• Language: English
