Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage HR tasks and support staff operations. Immigration support is potentially available for qualified applicants, with options for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

- Work location: On site
- Salary: $41.00 hourly, 32 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Permanent full-time
- Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours

Education and Experience
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: English
Responsibilities
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
- Motivate and train staff
- Advise on HR policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Recruit and hire staff
- Oversee analysis of employee data and information
