HR Manager Opportunity with Immigration Support

We’re looking for a high-potential HR Manager who’s ready to take a major step forward – into a role with serious responsibility, visibility, and long-term growth. This is a strategic leadership position with day-to-day impact. You’ll be at the center of talent operations as our client scales rapidly in Canada and begins to expand internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Manage Milestones: Build clear employee lifecycle frameworks, ensuring fair evaluations, structured progression, and timely compensation reviews.
  • Career Development & Culture: Promote growth opportunities, mentorship paths, and cultural alignment across teams.
  • Leadership Support: Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, balancing organizational goals with employee needs and expectations.
  • Change Management: Support mergers, acquisitions, onboarding, and benefit alignment across a growing network.
  • National Oversight: Lead HR efforts Canada-wide, with centralized leadership from the Montreal HQ (excluding payroll).
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor one HR Coordinator while shaping future team growth.

    • What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years in an HR Manager capacity.
  • Strong grasp of performance management, employee relations, development planning, and HR compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead independently, solve problems under pressure, and navigate complex dynamics.
  • Comfort working on-site in a hands-on leadership environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Canada to support regional operations.

  • Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
