Our client is seeking a diligent Hotel Front Desk Clerk. Job Details

• Location: 3800 Harbour Landing Dr, Regina, SK, S4W 0T7
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $16.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
• Vacancies: 2

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
• Process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
• Follow emergency and safety procedures.
• Perform clerical duties (e.g., faxing, filing, photocopying).
• Answer telephone and relay calls and messages.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Languages

English
