Our client is seeking a dedicated hotel clerk to join their team in Waskesiu Lake, SK. This full-time, permanent position offers potential immigration support for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: Waskesiu Lake, SK
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend
• Vacancies: 2 vacancies

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services
• Process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
• Perform clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
