Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Languages: English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Recruit and hire staff
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients
• Conduct training sessions and prepare budgets
• Implement marketing plans and activities
• Address customer complaints and assist special needs clients
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage events and establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervision of 5-10 people
