Role Responsibilities

The host of our venues is the face of the establishment, acting as a greeter to all patrons. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Ensuring service has a seamless flow by assisting servers
• Clearing tables
• Being an ambassador of the Banff Hospitality Brand
