Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Home Support Worker to assist clients with daily activities and personal care. The role involves providing companionship and support to individuals, particularly targeting seniors and persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
• Help clients with regular exercise, including walking
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Plan therapeutic diets and menus
• Provide companionship

Experience and Specialization

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Experience with elderly clients, especially those with Alzheimer’s disease
• A caring approach and strong interpersonal skills

Additional Information

• Basic security clearance required
