• Location: Ottawa, ON
• Salary: $21.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Overtime required; Flexible hours available

Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Environment

• Work site environment: Non-smoking
• Work setting: Employer’s home with optional live-in accommodation
• Urban area, with public transportation available

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Travel with family and assist with child supervision
• Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
• Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
• Discipline children as requested by parents
• Maintain health records and keep a safe environment
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Transport children to school and appointments
• Provide emotional support and assist with homework

Credentials

• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
