Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The ideal candidates will bring clinical expertise, strong critical thinking skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care in fast-paced environments. As an RN in this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients across diverse healthcare settings.

To be considered you’ll need

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.
Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
Pay Differentials by shift: Shift differentials offered

Responsibilities Include
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility. Key responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times. The RN will also demonstrate strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills in various clinical settings.

• Provide clear and accurate patient education, ensuring that patients and families understand diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures safely, monitoring patients for potential reactions.
• Provide competent and compassionate care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those requiring post-procedural or chronic care.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$85.00 per hour
