Job Details

• Work Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment
• Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks
• Measure distance, volume, length and weight
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
• Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment
• Perform minor repairs to equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
• Operate various equipment to load, unload and move materials
• Operate pile driving cranes and dredging attachments

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
• Type of Equipment Operated: Backhoe excavator, loader, bulldozer, concrete pumping equipment, industrial lift trucks, and bobcats
• Areas of Experience: Excavation, land clearing, landscaping, material handling

Work Environment

• Outdoors: Hot, dusty, and extremely cold conditions
• Relocation costs covered by employer
