Overview
Our client is seeking motivated individuals for the Harvesting Labourer position. No Canadian work experience is required. Support for newcomers and refugees is promoted, providing a welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Tie and secure plants
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvest crops
- Load, unload and transfer crates and farm produce
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Examine product for quality
