• Salary: $17.50 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Work Hours: 35 to 60 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day shifts, 08:00 to 17:00

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
• Work Site Environment: Wet/damp, Noisy
• Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, Rural area, Remote location

Responsibilities

• Clean the crops
• Cultivate on a vertical farming system
• Cut agricultural crops
• Dose water saturation, light, and temperature as instructed for crop growth and development
• Greenhouse cleaning
• Hand harvesting vegetables
• Harvest seedlings
• Monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• Harvest crops
