Salary: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time
Special Commitments: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On Call, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Arrangement: On site (Remote work is not an option)
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
