Position Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our client’s success, particularly in their strategic push into North America. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation in Toronto and collaborating closely with teams in multiple locations, you’ll oversee all performance and growth initiatives. This includes managing paid social & search, SEO, and conducting website and landing page testing to drive qualified pipeline and measurable results from digital channels.

About You

We seek a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS companies or agencies, capable of optimizing and scaling growth channels. You will demonstrate success in developing and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline and revenue growth and have experience managing substantial advertising budgets optimized for sales demo pipeline.

What You Bring

• Strong grasp of tools like HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience working with Webflow, CMS/landing page builders, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience building and working with AI systems and agents to scale output and growth tactics.
• Excellent copywriting skills to turn features into benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid search and paid social campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Manage and improve SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, content coordination).
• Lead website strategy, CRO testing, and landing page creation.
• Develop nurture flows and retargeting strategies across the funnel.
• Coordinate with freelancers as needed to execute strategy and scale assets.
• Experiment with growth tactics: intent tools, review sites, referral campaigns, etc.
• Own monthly/quarterly pipeline and MQL targets tied to ad spend.

• An analytical mindset with a passion for testing, data, and iteration.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as needed, requiring a valid work permit or visa for Canada, the United States, and Europe.

• Extensive expertise in breaking into new markets and thriving in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
