Job Overview

Requirements

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
• or equivalent experience

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision

Supervise 5-10 people

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise and authorize returns
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
• Resolve issues, including customer requests and complaints
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage cash and supervise office staff

Working Conditions

• Own transportation required, public transportation is available
• Work under pressure with attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
