Job Overview

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic gardening helper for landscape maintenance. We welcome applications from other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may be considered for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: Langford, BC
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $3,500 monthly for 30 to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape constructions
• Tie and secure plants
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
• Cut grass and rake debris
• Remove litter and garbage
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Apply fertilizers
• Repair and maintain equipment
• Write basic progress reports
• Consult with clients for ongoing support

Experience and Skills

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Previous experience is an asset
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license required
• Personal Suitability: Client-focused, organized, reliable, and creative

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Outdoor work, which may include wet, dusty, and hot conditions
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
