Job Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify requirements
• Document technical requirements to ensure products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
• Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 5 years or more in relevant fields

Skills and Knowledge

• Computer and technology knowledge including Cloud, Microsoft Visio, MS Office, and Oracle
• Experience in project implementation and IT service delivery
• Specialization in business process management, user experience design, and testing

Personal Suitability

• Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
