Job Title: Personal Support Worker / Childcare Worker

Overview:
Our client is seeking a caring and dependable Personal Support Worker / Childcare Worker to assist with daily care and household support. This position offers LMIA and immigration sponsorship for qualified candidates, making it a great opportunity for individuals seeking work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily routines.
  • Provide childcare, supervision, and safe play activities.
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Supervise and care for children in the employer’s or provider’s residence.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
  • Prepare formula and change diapers for infants.
  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals for children; may include light housekeeping duties.
  • Oversee children’s activities, such as meals and rest times, based on instructions from the employer.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Teach children personal hygiene habits.
  • Support children’s emotional well-being and social development.
  • Discipline children in accordance with parent-specified methods.
  • Provide age-appropriate educational or developmental activities (e.g., games, crafts, reading, outings).
  • Transport children to and from school or appointments.
  • Keep records of children’s daily activities and health information, if required.

    • Requirements:

  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Valid work permit required.
  • No experience necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and follow routines.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Full-time position, 30 hours per week.
