Join our client as a Front Desk Agent! We offer opportunities for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit, along with potential immigration support. This position is located onsite in Edson, AB, and involves a variety of hospitality tasks.

Job Details

• Location: Edson, AB
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $18.00 per hour
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 32 hours per week
• Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Process group arrivals and departures
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area
• Process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
• Perform clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying)
• Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Willing to train
• Languages: English
