• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom frames, measure and cut mats, enhance mats and glass, and mount artworks.

Experience and Specialization

• Technical Skills: Picture framing
• Software Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, MS Excel
• Exhibit Preparation Skills: Working with display cases and mounting/installing objects
• Area of Specialization: Decorative arts, painting, photography, prints and drawings, textile

Additional Information

• Security and Safety: Criminal record check
• Transportation/Travel Info: Valid driver’s licence required
• Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, handling heavy loads
