Our client is seeking a Food Services Manager for a permanent, full-time position located in Calgary, Alberta.

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit and supervise staff
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
• Address clients’ complaints or concerns
• Provide excellent customer service
