Our client is seeking a Food Services Manager who is eligible for visa sponsorship, including **LMIA visa jobs in Canada** and support for international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Brockville, ON
• Salary: $36.50 per hour / 32 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 staff members

Qualifications

Education

• Certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

Experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year in a relevant role

Skills

• Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Office, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent oral communication and client focus

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines
• Transportation: Own vehicle required
