Our client is seeking a Food Services Manager. This is a permanent full-time position where visa sponsorship may be considered for international candidates.

Job Details

• Location: 505 Highway 118 West, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1T4
• Salary: $36.00 per hour, 30 hours per week
• Work Location: On-site

Responsibilities

• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Train staff
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the field
• Languages: English
• Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability
