Job Details

• Location: 227 Kenmount Rd, St. John’s, NL
• Salary: $17.25 to $19.25 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Availability: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime
• Vacancies: 3

Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Environment

• Noisy work site environment.
• Work setting: Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedules.
