We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our client’s team in Sherwood Park, AB. This position is open to candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $18.65 hourly, 35 hours per week

Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
