Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for their establishment. This position provides an opportunity for candidates with immigration support options potentially available.

Job Details

• Location: Radium Hot Springs, BC
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $35.00 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Full time
• Vacancies: 1

Education and Experience

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
