Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• On-site Work: This position requires work to be completed at the physical location.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 people

Additional Information

• Work conditions involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking is required
• Personal suitability includes flexibility and being a team player
