Job Overview

Position: Food Service Supervisor
Location: Lethbridge, AB
Salary: $16.80 per hour / 32 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Vacancies: 3
Work Conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available
On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Job Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Languages: English.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Bending, crouching, kneeling.
• Walking.
