Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for their location in Kelowna, BC. This position may provide immigration support for overseas candidates, including options for visa sponsorship.

Job Details

• Location: Blenz coffee in Innovation Centre, 460 Doyle Ave #104, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2A2
• Salary: $18.27 hourly for 30 to 35 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 staff members

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
