Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor. This role offers potential visa sponsorship for overseas candidates, including options for Canadian immigration programs.

Salary

$18.00 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment

Permanent employment, full-time

Work Environment

Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• 3-4 people
• 5-10 people

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a food service establishment.
