Position: Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Supervise food service operations

    • Experience and Education Requirements

    Languages: English
    Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
    Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

    Job Conditions

    Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods
    Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player
