Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor who will oversee the operations at various food service establishments. Immigration support is potentially available for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Salary: $18.65 hourly / 40 to 44 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure quality control standards are met for food and service
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
• Languages: English
