Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of staff in a fast-paced food preparation environment. This position offers immigration support for qualified overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: 20 Mount Edward Road, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 5N4
• Salary: $16.85 hourly / 32 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
• Work Location: On-site

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Assist in budget preparation
• Provide customer service

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
