Job Summary

Overview: Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage staff and oversee food preparation, ensuring quality control and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

English
