Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for their restaurant located in Burnaby, BC. There is immigration support potentially available for overseas candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 5491 Regent St. suite 305, Burnaby, BC, V5C 4H4
• Salary: $20.00 per hour / 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Vacancies: 3 vacancies
• Work Setting: On-site at a restaurant

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
