Our client is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor for their fast-paced work environment. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Work Site Environment: Hot, must be completed at the physical location—no remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Supervise and check assembly of trays.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

• Supervising 3-4 people.
