Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Food Counter Attendant for their establishment in Saskatoon, SK. This position offers immigration support for qualified applicants, including candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: On site in Saskatoon, SK
• Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Weekend and overtime available
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Take customers’ orders
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Will train
• Language: English
