Our client is looking for a Food Counter Attendant to join their team. This position offers potential visa sponsorship for international candidates, whether they have a valid Canadian work permit or not.

Job Details

• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Work Setting: On site at a coffee shop
• Salary: $16.00 per hour (30 to 44 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Flexible Hours: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Take customers’ orders
• Handle and store cleaning products
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Will train
