• Salary: $25.00 hourly / 70 to 80 hours bi-weekly

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain profits
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods
• Monitor revenues and labor costs
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Balance cash and complete related reports
• Organize inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and handle customer service

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Languages: English
• Technology: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
