Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations.
• Monitor staff performance and establish work schedules.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit and train staff, conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage events and negotiate catering with clients.
• Prepare reports, budget estimates, and maintain stock records.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Languages: English

Skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• Basic security clearance required.
• Must have own transportation.
